Les Princes

Maxim Mukhamedov and Denys Cherevychko take a look at the male character in classical ballet - who is always depicted as a young Prince or Nobleman who falls terribly in love. It is a tragic love tale between two parties that are longing for one another. Working with Denys Cherevychko, a Principal dancer at the Vienna State Opera, this editorial explores a modern expansion of the personalties of the Prince. It is a surreal, melancholic, somber vision that encapsulates the character as he waits patiently for his beloved.
